(Knoxville, Tn.) Cleveland Brown's owner Jimmy Haslam and the company he co-owns, Pilot Flying J have been faced with another lawsuit. On Tuesday, Arka Logistics Inc. of Illinois filed a 37-page lawsuit against the company.
The lawsuit alleges that during the eight years Arka had a business relationship with Pilot Flying J, they were subject to the same fuel rebate fraud other companies have accused Pilot Flying J of committing.
The lawsuit alleges that since 2005, Pilot Flying J "intentionally devised, engaged in, condoned and/or ratified the above-referenced nationwide scheme to defraud and cheat plaintiff and class members and/or obtained money from Plaintiff and Class Members under false promises."
No charges has been filed against Haslam and he maintains he's innocent.
