A ribbon-cutting and dedication ceremony was held on the new innerbelt bridge Friday.
On Saturday afternoon the Ontario Street on-ramp openned to traffic providing access to I-90 westbound.
Phase Two of the innerbelt bridge project is expected to begin shortly, with the old bridge being torn down and replaced.
