Carr completed 69% of his passes, threw for 5,000 yards, and tossed 50 touchdowns in his senior year at Fresno State and I don't want the Browns to draft him.
I watched him play twice this past season and both times was not impressed. The first game was against Utah State where Carr threw 3 TD's and 2 picks while passing for over 400 yards, but he consistently missed on his deep balls. Some of the wide outs were covered and some were not, but a top flight prospect makes most if not all those throws.
The 2nd game was the Las Vegas Bowl against SC. He was terrible against one of the only legitimate schools he played against last season. He was again misfiring on the deep balls, but this game he was also off on the short ones.
Now I am aware a career is not and should not be determined on 2 games, but there is no way this guy should be drafted at 4. Drafting him with their second round or a later pick with the plan for him to sit for a couple years I would be ok with. What do you think?
